KAHLUA PECAN PIE 
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. Kahlua
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. whole pecans
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Cream butter and sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees then reduce heat to 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
