APRICOT SALAD 
1 sm. box apricot Jello
2 boxes tapioca Jello
3 c. liquid (juice off mandarin oranges & water)
1 can mandarin oranges or apricots
1/2-1 c. miniature marshmallows
12 oz. Cool Whip

Bring 3 boxes of Jello and liquid to boil and let cool. Add 1 can of fruit and 1/2 to 1 cup miniature marshmallows. Fold in 12 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Chill.
