AUNT ANNA'S DILLED PICKLES
(CZECH RECIPE)
 
4 c. water
1/3 c. pickling salt
1 1/2 c. vinegar
Dill weed or dill seed (1 tbsp. seed per qt., 1 tsp. seed per pt.)
Garlic buds as desired
Jalapeno pepper, if desired

Pack jars with small to medium fresh cucumbers with dill, garlic and peppers. Set in pan of hot water and fill jars with hot solution. Seal and let set a full 3 months before opening. Chill and serve.
