GOULASH 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and onion together. Add tomato sauce to beef mixture. Simmer over low heat for a few minutes. Add macaroni and stir until well blended. Add salt and pepper. Serve with cheese.
