LOW-CAL YOGURT DILL DRESSING | |
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 clove garlic, crushed Dill spice to taste Put yogurt, vinegar, garlic and dill in blender and blend until done, about 1 minute. Chill 2 hours. Serve on tossed salad or baked potato. 12 calories per tablespoon. |
