FAYE'S MOON CAKE OR ONE BIG CHOCOLATE ECLAIR | |
1 c. water 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 4 eggs 2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding 4 c. milk 8 oz. cream cheese Chocolate sauce (I use Hershey's) Chopped nuts (almonds) Cool Whip Mix water and butter. Bring to a boil. Add flour, all at once and stir rapidly until mixture forms a ball. Let cool slightly. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat with a spoon or mixer. Spread onto an ungreased 11"x15" cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. |
