PINEAPPLE SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening

Mix and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes in 8 x 8 x 2 pan.

FILLING:

1 c. crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. coconut

Combine butter, sugar and egg. Beat together. Add coconut. Pour over pineapple. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
