CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT SAUCE 
3 sq. oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. hazel nut liqueur

In medium saucepan, melt semi-sweet chocolate and butter over low heat. Stir frequently. Stir in evaporated milk and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until mixture is thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Add the hazelnut liqueur; stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
