4 c. sugar 1 lg. can evaporated milk 1 c. butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 pt. marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans (chopped) Butter a 3 quart saucepan. Combine sugar, butter and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently. Test mixture by dropping in a cup of cold water, if it forms a ball -- it's ready. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla and nuts. Mix until chocolate is melted. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Chill! |
