CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 4 tsp. cocoa 4 tbsp. baking powder 1 c. milk 2 tsp. vanilla 6 tbsp. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1 c. broken pecans (Mix these ingredients separately) Mix together first eight (except vanilla) ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan thoroughly. Stir in melted butter, milk and vanilla. Spread evenly in pan. Mix with fork. Mix sugar, brown sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, with broken pecans. Sprinkle over batter in pan. Pour 3 cups warm water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or longer until cake dough tests with tooth pick. |
