BARBECUE TO SERVE ON ROLLS 
1 onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mustard, I use less
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Simmer 15 minutes. Add 2 pounds ground beef; cook until done, about 1/2 hour.
