SWEET AND SOUR STUFFED TROUT 
1 med. size trout OR
1 white fish (2-3 lbs.)
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Cooking oil
Thinly sliced tomato
Green onion sprigs

Clean fish; slit underside. Clean gut area; widen natural opening to accommodate filling.

Combine chopped tomato, onions, and salt. Fill fish cavity with tomato mixture; brush entire fish with soy sauce and cooking oil.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned. While baking, baste with soy sauce and oil every 15 minutes.

Place on a platter when done. Garnish with sliced tomato and green onion sprigs. Pour Sweet and Sour Sauce over fish.
