1 c. butter 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond extract 2 c. flour 1 c. finely chopped Nuts Powdered sugar In large bowl beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and almond extract and beat well. Stir in flour and nuts. Cover and chill 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool 5 minutes then roll in powdered sugar. Cool thoroughly, then roll in powdered sugar again. Makes approximately 60. |
