FRUIT & HONEY GLAZED DUCKLING 
1 duckling, roasted at 450 degrees
1 c. apricot, cherry or peach preserves
1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. brandy
1 tbsp. orange flavored liqueur

Remove duckling from oven just before done. Combine and mix remaining ingredients and coat duckling with this glaze. Return it to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the glaze caramelizes.
