SPINACH PIE 
1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
3/4 lb. feta cheese
2 (10 oz.) chopped spinach
6 eggs
3 sticks melted butter
1 pkg. phyllo dough
Scallions to taste

Eight layers of phyllo, butter each layer, layer of mixture. Four layers of phyllo, butter each layer, layer of mixture. Eight layers of phyllo, butter each layer, fold over edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, top is brown.
