SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, keep juice
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
3/4 c. BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 env. onion soup mix
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

Cook chicken until very tender and pick meat off bones in small chunks. Combine all other ingredients and mix well; stir in chicken. Simmer about 40 minutes. Serves over white rice. Serves 10-12.
