DOUBLE GOOD PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES
 
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. corn oil
1 egg
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. quick cooking oats
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. dry milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt

Stir sugar, corn oil, peanut butter and egg. Stir in carrots and raisins. Add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or less.
