LINGUINE AND CLAM SAUCE 
This recipe is very flexable. The amount of ingredients depends on the number of people being served.

1 can of chopped or minced clams per person
1 clove of garlic crushed per person
Few sprigs of chopped parsley per person
2/3 c. milk per person
2 tbsp. flour per person
1 pkg. linguine noodles, cooked

Lightly saute' cloves of crushed garlic in olive oil or butter. Do Not brown. Add parsley. Add all of the clam juice from al of the cans of clams. While simmering, mix milk and flour gradually in a mixing bowl or shake togehter in a jar with lid. Add to juice, stir and simmer until thick and creamy. Don't forget to cook noodles! When ready to serve, stir clams into sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. serve over noodles.
