CHEESE ROLL DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 to 2 c. cooked beef roast (chopped)
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. walnuts

Shape in a roll, roll in the walnuts and refrigerate. Slice and serve on crackers of you choice.
