CORNED BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained 12 oz. can corned beef, diced, med. 1/4 lb. cheese, cubed 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 sm. can peas, drained 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. buttered crumbs (for topping) Mix. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Can add a little green pepper or pimiento, for color, if desired. |
