CHICKEN DIVINE 
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 sm. summer squash
1 sm. zucchini
1 pkg. cheese (preferably Havarti or Cheddar)

Pound chicken breasts until flat. Julienne zucchini and squash, set aside. Cut cheese in strips. Place vegetables and cheese on chicken and roll. Secure with toothpicks. Wrap chicken in foil and place on barbecue until cooked. Serves 2. A delightful summertime entree!
