RICE AND SALMON BAKE 
1 lb. can salmon
1/2 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 sm. onion
3 tomatoes
3/4 c. rice, uncooked
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Chow Mein noodles if desired

Remove skin and bones from salmon. Flake meat, and combine with green pepper, chopped celery, chopped onion and peeled chopped tomatoes. Add rice, soup, water and soy sauce, mixing well. Put into greased 2 quart casserole and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is tender. Cover can be removed towards the end; and if desired, chow mein noodles may go over top. Serves 6.
