BARBECUE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN OR
PORK
 
3/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. white wine
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. brown sugar

Melt butter, stir in flour until smooth. Combine all other ingredients and add to butter mixture. Stir over low heat until slightly thickened. Baste on chicken or pork several times while cooking. This is especially good on chicken or pork grilled outside.
