1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
1 c. low-fat or non-fat sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (5/8 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
2/3 c. shrimp, chopped

Blend cream cheese with remainder of ingredients. Chill one hour or longer. This is a wonderful dip with crackers or veggies.
