SQUASH PIE | |
3 eggs 1/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 1/4 c. milk 3/4 c. cooked, blended squash 8 inch pie shell (unbaked) Cook squash then put in blender or food processor until smooth. Then measure 3/4 cup. Combine squash, eggs, sugar, flour, milk together. Mix well. Pour into pie shell (unbaked). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until center of pie is set. |
