ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
2 eggs, well beaten 1 c. vegetable oil 2 c. sugar 2 c. peeled and coarse grated zucchini 8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice 3 tsp. vanilla 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. nutmeg 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped nuts Mix all together in order given. Pour in greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 3 small loaf pans. |
