LEMON WALNUT DELIGHT 
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
Cherries

1. Combine crust ingredients. Put in 9x12 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and pour over crust.

3. Mix pudding and milk and pour over cream cheese mixture.

4. Put rest of 8 ounce Cool Whip over #3.

5. Top with chopped walnuts and cherries.

6. Refrigerate.
