CHOW CHOW 
2 c. green tomatoes, chopped
2 c. green sweet peppers
2 c. onions
2 c. cucumbers
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery

Salt to taste and as much hot pepper as you like. Put on stove and simmer until turns real light green. Seal in jars.
