CARROT SALAD 
4 c. grated carrots
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed, drained (retain the juice)

Mix all ingredients and add the following dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. pineapple juice

Mix mayonnaise and juice together to form a smooth dressing. Toss with salad.
