BRUNCH DISH 
8 slices bread
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. Brown & Serve link sausage
4 beaten eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk

Remove crusts and cube bread. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Top with cooked sausage and grated cheese. Combine and beat slightly eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk, mustard and salt. Pour over all and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, mix mushroom soup and 1/2 soup can of milk and pour over all. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
