UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
2 c. coconut
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. canned milk

Mix the cake mix, fruit cocktail, coconut, and eggs together until well blended. Pour in greased 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

For the topping, bring the ingredients to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over hot cake. Sprinkle with coconut and serve warm or cold.
