CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM | |
2/3 c cocoa 2 1/2-3 c sugar, (depending on how sweet you like it) 5 eggs 1 T vanilla 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 2 c heavy cream plus whole milk, as needed In electric mixer, mix cocoa and sugar. Add eggs and beat until well blended. Add canned milk and heavy cream. Pour into ice cream churn and add whole milk to fill line. Churn until motor starts to labor. Remove blade; pack with additional ice. Cover with towels and let stand for 1-2 hours. |
