SPARKLING SANGRIA 
2 limes
2 oranges
1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 (25.4 oz.) White Catawba grape juice
2 tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur
2 c. sparkling water, chilled

Cut ends off fruit. In medium saucepan, combine sugar and water; add ends of fruit. Bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes. Cool. Discard ends. Cut remaining limes, oranges and lemon into thin slices. In 3 quart non-metal container, combine sugar-water mixture, grape juice and liqueur; mix well. Add fruit slices; refrigerate. Just before serving, add sparkling water; stir gently. Makes 20 - 1/2 cup servings.
