HONEY OATMEAL BREAD 
2 c. oatmeal
2 1/2 c. boiling water
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
1 c. honey
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 to 3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. bran
3 c. white flour

Pour boiling water over oatmeal. Let stand until cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Beat all ingredients except white flour together until well blended. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, until you have a nice spongy dough. Knead about 10 minutes. Grease bowl, add dough, cover and let rise until doubled, punch down; form into 3 loaves or 4 dozen rolls. Let rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, 15 to 20 minutes for rolls.
