1 lb. hamburger meat 1 can Ro-Tel 2 cans chili 1 lb. Velveeta 1/2 pt. whipping cream Brown hamburger meat. Add desired amounts of onions and green peppers. Drain meat. Add Ro-Tel, chili, Velveeta and whipping cream. Simmer all ingredients for 30 minutes. Serve over tortilla chips. | |
