CRANBERRY-ORANGE BUTTER GLAZE 
1 lb. can cranberry jelly
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. butter

Mash cranberry jelly in a saucepan. Mix in orange juice and butter. Heat until jelly is melted and mixture is smooth. Brush or spoon over turkey or chicken during last 30 minutes or roasting time. Serve remaining glaze with dinner.
