ROUND ROAST (RARE) 
3 to 3 1/2 lb. top or bottom round roast
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 onion sliced

To taste.

Trim away all visible fat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place a few slices of onion on top and underneath. Roast in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 1 hour.

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
