2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. apples (5-6 apples)
1 c. nuts

Cut butter into sugar; slightly beat eggs and add to butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients. Add apples and nuts.
