HASH FROM LEFTOVERS 
Leftover beef, pork, veal, lamb diced
Potatoes, diced
Leftover gravy
Diced onion
Salt and pepper
butter

Mix together in pot - meat, potatoes, onions and gravy. If you don't have any or not enough gravy add water just to the top of meats, etc. Add butter and seasonings to taste. Bring to boil, turn down and simmer in crock pot until all is done.

I sometimes put this together in the morning and simmer all day while I'm working. Before serving thicken with flour until desired consistency. I also use KITCHEN BOUQUET to get a rich dark brown color.

Make in amounts to suit your family and serve over toast. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
