18 lg. marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
#2 can undrained crushed pineapple (I use unsweetened)
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Melt marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler. Pour hot mixture over Jello. Stir until dissolved. Then stir in cream cheese, stir until dissolved. Add undrained pineapple. Cool. Blend in whipped cream, mayonnaise and chopped pecans. Chill until firm. Serves 12. This mold can sit out for a long time. Does not melt.
