ARMENIAN HERB MARINADE 
1/2 c. olive or salad oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. snipped parsley

Use as a marinade for beef, chicken, or lamb. Recipe makes enough for 1 1/2 - 2 pounds of meat.
