PIZZA DOUGH | |
3 c. instant non-fat dry milk 2 qts. water 2 c. shortening 1 tbsp. salt 2 pkgs. dry yeast 6 qts. flour Mix milk powder with water and scald. Add shortening and salt. Stir to melt. Cool to lukewarm. Sprinkle yeast over cooled mixture. Let soften 10 minutes. Add flour slowly. Knead 5 minutes on floured surface. Cover, let rise until doubled. Spread on greased pan and top with your favorite toppings. Makes 4 pans 18x26 inch. Bake 425 degrees, 20 minutes. |
