COCONUT CRUNCH 
3/4 c. butter
3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 2/3 c. flour, sifted
3 eggs, unbeaten
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Set oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 12 inch pan. Melt butter, stir in sugar. Add all other ingredients. Bake 45 minutes. Cut in squares.
