3 med. cucumbers
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pinch of pepper
1/2 tsp. fresh dill
2 fresh green onions

Peel and slice the cucumbers. Salt and pepper them. Dice up 2 fresh green onions and toss with cucumbers. Add the sour cream and top with a sprinkling of fresh dill. Yields 8 servings.
