CORNMEAL BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Sift together dry ingredients. Beat eggs into milk and oil; stir in dry ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan. Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
