Truly great!!! I wanted to make caramel corn but the only recipe I knew included all of the above except instead of marshmallows it was corn syrup. I didn't have corn syrup nor did I want to buy any (i don't like it that much). I have a yule party to go to tomorrow and I really hoped I could find something that was just as easy, and who knew, I just needed marshmallows!! :)

I just made this and it was super easy! I used two bags on plain microwave popcorn. Because I didn't have a bowl big enough to make it all in one batch I ended up making the Carmel in two separate batches. Normally that would bother me but this time it was no bother because it is just that easy. Even cleanup was quick!

SUPERB ! I could kiss the person who discovered this! Lol

This recipe was super easy. I tripled it and it still turned out great. I used microwave popcorn and was surprised at how great it turned out.

OMG. This is the best caramel popcorn! My grandkids love it!
