1 large box vanilla instant pudding (follow box directions)
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tub Cool Whip (regular size)
1 box vanilla wafers

Layer bottom of 13-inch pan with vanilla wafers, banana slices and vanilla pudding; spread to the edges, smoothing well. Do this again with remaining wafer, bananas and pudding. (Save a banana for the top and a few vanilla wafers), then end with whipped cream and top with bananas and wafers.
