RIVEREDGE ROUNDS 
French or Italian bread

Parmesan cheese

Cut your bread into 1 inch thick rounds. Butter and place on a cookie sheet in a hot oven until the butter has melted. Take your bread out and add Parmesan cheese on top of your bread, sprinkling the entire surface.

Turn your oven to broil, replace your cookie sheet and carefully watch your bread. Under the broiler it will turn a golden brown, take out immediately and serve. You can do this recipe in any amount you wish.
