HOT CRABMEAT DIP 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat (or the imitation sealegs/frozen)
1 tsp. (or desired amount) horseradish
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Soften cream cheese with milk and lemon juice. Add horseradish, onion, salt and pepper. Add crabmeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until hot. Serve hot on Melba rounds, if desired.
