MACADAMIA NUT BRITTLE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 - 1 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts

Wash hands. Mix sugar, syrup, and salt in 3 quart microwave bowl. Microwave 5 minutes at high. Stir in nuts and microwave 2-5 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes, until golden. Stir in butter, vanilla, and soda until light and foamy. Spread onto a large buttered pan. After cooling about 3 minutes, lift and "pull" to desired thinness. Break up and gobble up!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
